• AussieSuperStore.com.au ships to all states in Australia for FREE for all Orders over $90. For orders below $90 AussieSuperStore has standard shipping charged of $ 10.99.

• AussieSuperStore Australia offers local pickup from Glen Iris. Pickup Only on Appointments.

• For our New Zealand customers, the items under 2kg has standard shipping charged at $20.99 and for parcels more than 2kg to 5kg has Standard shipping charged at $30.99 .More than 5 kg we will contact you with a quote for shipment charges. Please email us on sales@aussiesuperstore.com.au, we will QUOTE the best freight rate.

• Shipping is accessible to all states in Australia: VIC, NSW, ACT,  QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional ranges.

• AussieSuperStore Australia maintains all authority to choose the strategy for shipment.

• All packages sent are completely trackable.

• Packages are dispatched next working day and most Metro areas delivered  in 2-7 working days. Regional areas delivered  in 6-10 working days (If products are out of stock or postponements in stock touching base at our stockroom in which case you will be notified). 

• If nobody is accessible to acknowledge the package, Our courier service / Australia Post will locate a protected place to leave your package.

• In the event that there's no protected place to leave your package it will be taken to a near by Australia Post Office and a card will be left for you.

• AussieSuperStore holds no obligation in the conditions in which you wish to have the package left at your shipping address without signature.
