1. Damaged Items on Arrival
- If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing sales@aussiesuperstore.com.au.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
2. Return Inspection & Eligibility
All returned or refunded items will undergo inspection:
- If the item is found not to be from AussieSuperStore, or
- If no defect is present upon inspection,
then the item will not qualify for a refund.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
- If your order included “Free Shipping” or “Standard Shipping,” the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total.
4. Faulty Item Returns
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that faulty goods arrive safely back to us.
- AussieSuperStore is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Returns sent Cash On Delivery (COD) will be refused and not collected.
5. Product Images & Expectations
- We strive to represent all products accurately through images and descriptions. However, colors, sizes, and appearances may vary based on your screen and individual perception.
- Please review dimensions and product details carefully before placing your order.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are only issued to the original credit/debit card used at checkout.

- They cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
6. Purchase & Delivery
- Gift Cards are available for purchase on our website and are delivered via email.
- The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient details.
7. Non-Transferable

8. Refunds on Gift Card Purchases
- Any refund from an order paid with a Gift Card will be returned to the same Gift Card.
